USA Domestic Shipping: Free via USPS Standard with tracking on all USA orders!

Orders will ship within 1-3 business days, and USPS Standard service typically arrives within 2-5  business days. Longer processing and shipping times may occur during peak holiday season.

All orders include USPS tracking, and are fully insured.

Issues with shipping are rare, but unfortunately they do happen.

DELIVERY ISSUES, E.G. PACKAGE THEFT OR UNDELIVERABLE ITEMS

We'll work with you through almost any shipping issue imaginable; however, we are not able to replace items that the shipping carrier has confirmed as being delivered to the correct shipping address, but not received.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You should always be comfortable, whether you are wearing a hemp shirt – or initiating a return or exchange with us. 

For most customers, this might be your first piece of hemp clothing – congrats! – and we want you to ensure your experience is as amazing as the fabric itself. 

TOASTY HEMP CO. takes pride in the quality of our apparel and we want you to always look & feel your best – that’s why we offer a 120 day guarantee on all of our apparel.

120 DAY GUARANTEE 

UNOPENED & UNWORN ITEMS

• Fit a little off? Notice a manufacturer defect? Unopened and unworn items are eligible for return or exchange within 120 days of the purchase date.
• Note that availability of exchanged items is not guaranteed, but we'll do our best to find a suitable replacement!
• A refund to the original purchase method, or a store credit of the original purchase price, will be issued once the returned item is received and approved – usually within 7-14 business days.
• Sending the original packaging & barcode with your return will help to expedite the approval process!
• Any shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable. 

WORN ITEMS

You might be new to hemp clothing, so we want you to have 120 days to wear our hemp apparel to really get to know it.

If you aren’t satisfied with the fit (how the garment looks on you), finishing (e.g. a popped stitch), or something else, let us know at support@toastyhempco.com and we'll make it right.

To ensure the best experience possible, we strongly encourage you to review the hemp blend clothing care instructions on our FAQ to help prevent the need for a return!

TOASTY HEMP CO. supports a circular fashion cycle.

Any returned worn items will be washed and restocked as vintage, or otherwise repurposed or donated based on the item.

Our clothing is built to last, so even if TOASTY HEMP CO. isn't right for you, we know it will benefit someone out there!

EXCEPTIONS TO THE 120 DAY GUARANTEE

It's important to note that our 120 day guarantee is based on the ability of the item to have a second life with someone else, so there are some types of issues that aren't covered, including: 

• Stains, including deodorant stains, or other marks that we didn’t cause.
• Apparel that was damaged during the washing process. 
• Damage outside of normal wear and tear, e.g. rips or significant permanent stretching of the material. 
• Any items specifically marked as "final sale".
